Appointments & Bookings
Patients may book appointments online, by phone, or in person.
Please ensure all personal and contact information provided at the time of booking is accurate and up to date.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. We ask that patients arrive on time to ensure the full appointment time is available.
If you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change and appointments occasionally need to be rescheduled.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of $50 with payment required prior to booking any future appointments.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings or termination of services.
Late Arrivals
Patients arriving late may have their appointment time reduced to avoid delays for other scheduled patients.
If insufficient time remains for treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Missed Appointments
Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without notice may incur a missed appointment fee.
Repeated missed appointments may result in limitations on future bookings.
Payments & Fees
Payment is required at the time of appointment unless otherwise arranged with the clinic.
We accept approved payment methods as listed at the clinic or during online booking.
Fees for services are subject to change at any time without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking or appointment.
Patients are responsible for any outstanding balances relating to appointments, late cancellations, missed appointments, or services provided.
Patients are required to pay in full at the time of service and may claim rebates directly from their health fund if eligible.
Deposits or prepayments may be required for certain appointment types, new patient bookings, longer consultations, or repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. Any concerns regarding appointments or charges should be discussed directly with the clinic.
Referral Care Credits
The clinic may offer referral care credits as part of a patient referral program.
Once a referred new patient attends and completes their initial appointment, both the referring patient and the new patient will receive a $20 care credit applied to their patient account.
Cancelled, missed, or rescheduled appointments are not eligible for referral care credits.
Referral care credits:
are applied directly to the patient account
are valid only toward full-priced appointments
cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers
are non-transferable
are not redeemable for cash
cannot be exchanged or refunded
Unless otherwise stated:
one $20 care credit may be used per appointment
care credits cannot be combined or stacked
care credits cannot exceed the appointment value
credits expire 6 months from the date issued
Referral care credits apply only to new patients who have not previously attended the clinic.
The clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue referral care credit programs or promotional offers at any time without notice.
Any misuse, duplication, or suspected abuse of the referral program may result in removal of credits or ineligibility for future participation.
Promotions & Special Offers
The clinic may from time to time offer promotions, discounts, or special offers.
All promotions are subject to availability and may be modified, extended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Unless otherwise stated:
promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
promotions are valid only for the stated time period
promotions apply only to eligible appointment types or services
promotions are not transferable or redeemable for cash
Any specific terms relating to a promotion will be communicated at the time of the offer and take precedence over these general terms.
The clinic reserves the right to decline application of a promotion where misuse or error is identified.
Gift Vouchers & Packages
Gift vouchers and prepaid packages may be offered by the clinic and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of purchase.
Gift vouchers and packages:
are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
are non-transferable unless otherwise stated
must be used within the specified expiry period (if applicable)
Expiry dates will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Expired vouchers or unused sessions may not be honoured.
Packages are valid only for the services or treatment types specified at the time of purchase. Package sessions cannot be exchanged for alternative services unless approved by the clinic.
If a package includes multiple sessions, unused sessions remain valid only within the original expiry period and cannot be carried over unless otherwise agreed.
The clinic reserves the right to update pricing, services, or package inclusions at any time. Prepaid services will be honoured according to the terms at the time of purchase.
Lost or stolen gift vouchers may not be replaced.

Personal and health information may be collected to provide safe and appropriate healthcare services, manage appointments, and communicate with patients.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that all personal information is stored securely and accessed only by authorised staff.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties without patient consent, except where required or authorised by law.
Patients may request access to their personal information or request corrections where appropriate.
By attending the clinic or using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes of providing healthcare services.
The clinic may contact patients regarding appointments, treatment updates, or administrative matters via phone, email, or SMS.
The clinic may use secure third-party systems for booking, record keeping, or communication.
